Before you can withdraw funds or redeem cards from your Packz account, you'll need to complete a one-time identity verification. Here's what to expect and what you'll need.
Accepted forms of ID
You'll need to provide one of the following valid, non-expired, government-issued photo IDs:
- Driver's license
- State ID
- Passport
- Tribal ID
- Permit to Carry ID
Your ID must clearly show the following:
- Your photo
- Date of birth
- Issue date
- Expiration date
Selfie verification
After submitting your ID, you'll be asked to take a live selfie. This is used to confirm that you are the person shown on the ID. Follow the on-screen instructions and make sure your face is clearly visible, well-lit, and not obstructed.
Tips for a successful verification
- Make sure your ID is not expired.
- Take a photo directly of your physical ID. Screenshots, photocopies, and photos of a screen are not accepted.
- Avoid glare, blur, or shadows on the ID.
- Remove hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face for the selfie.
- Use the name on your ID as your Packz account name.
