You can delete your account directly through the self-serve option by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Packz account.
2. In the upper right corner of the page, click your profile button (your initial by default, or your uploaded photo if you've set one).
3. Click View My Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, below the Change Password section, and click the Delete Account button.
Before confirming, please read the following warnings carefully:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your Packz profile and all associated data will be removed. Please ensure the following requirements are met before proceeding:
- Your cash balance must be withdrawn
- Your pending withdrawals must finish processing
- Your cards must be sold or redeemed
- Your active shipments must be delivered
Once you've reviewed the warnings and met all requirements, click Delete Account, then Confirm. You will be returned to the Packz.io main page, signed out with no account active.
