Packz is not liable for any package once it has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, except in cases of inventory error on our end. If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to resolve this.
If your package shows no movement for 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded), reach out to Customer Support through the app.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify Customer Support within 10 business days of delivery. Depending on the situation, you may be required to return the item before a refund is issued.
All shipments are tracked and logged by Packz. Submitting a false claim regarding a package will result in immediate termination of your account.
