Follow these steps to add funds:
- Log in to your Packz account.
- In the upper right corner, click the Wallet Icon next to your profile button.
- Click Add Funds.
- In the pop-up window, select Deposit and enter your desired amount, then click Deposit $XX.XX
- Choose your preferred payment method.
Apple Pay or Google Pay: Select your preferred option and follow the on-screen prompts to complete payment.
Manual Card Entry: Enter the following details:
- Card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover)
- Card expiration date (MM/YY) and CVV
- Email address
- Cardholder name (First Name and Last Name)
- Billing Address
Important: The cardholder name must exactly match the name printed on your card. Do not use nicknames, shortened names, or any other variation. Mismatched names may cause payment issues or delays with future withdrawals.

Click Deposit. Your balance will update as soon as the transaction is complete.
