Packs can contain both graded and ungraded cards. Graded cards are graded by independent third-party companies such as PSA, BGS, and CGC. Packz has no ability to alter or dispute grades on your behalf.
If you believe a grade is incorrect, you may contact the grading company directly after receiving your card to request a regrade.
